
Nicolas Loubet is the co-founder and Managing Partner of Providenzia Wealh Management. After graduating with a Master in Business Law from Assas University and a M.B.A. from ESSEC in Paris, he started his career at Lefebvre law firm as a tax and business lawyer before shifting towards finance.
As the Equity Capital Market director of KBC securities Nicolas focused on M&A /Strategic advisory, IPOs, Secondary equity issues and convertibles.
Nicolas moved to Switzerland in 2005 to help set up the business of Avendis Capital as Co-Head of Private Equity & Investment Management.
Leveraging on a shift of HNWI towards family offices and after a tenure with Fuchs & Associés Finance S.A. – Luxembourg’s largest wealth manager, Nicolas set up Providenzia Wealth Management bringing his deep knowledge of Capital and Private Markets together with his experience as Lawyer specialized in structuration.

Born in Switzerland, Mansur graduated with a Masters degree in Finance from HEC Lausanne. With a true entrepreneurial spirit, he successfully launched several ventures throughout North Africa and the Middle East in technology and developing innovative solutions in the field of construction. In parallel he joined HSBC Private Bank developing the HNW Individuals clientele across the Middle East with a focus on the Upper Gulf and Levant region. During his tenure with HSBC, Mansur developed a strong holistic skillset ranging from asset allocation, portfolio management to wealth planning and structuration.
In 2015, he moved to Dubai to set up Elyseum Capital Partners a boutique Wealth and Asset Management firm before returning to Switzerland to found Providenzia Wealth Management. Within Providenzia, Mansur acts as Managing Director in charge of Portfolio Management developing innovative solutions for clients both in traditional and decentralized finance (DeFI).
